  • B2B storytelling – enabling clients to get to the crux of what it is that they’re trying to convey and take that insight into creative assets that help them to win their objectives. 

  • Led an Australian team for a global technology consulting firm, supporting their deal teams in mega deals.  

  • Strategic transitions for each stage, adding value to every process. 

  • Creative-led strategic approach, creating assets that helped the account teams to achieve their purpose and outcomes and taking this into the whole end-to-end process from the creative departments to briefs, to delivering outcomes.

  • Using my hybrid skills of being a creative strategist and strategic writer, doing workshops, presentations, and creating the assets all from one place, adding value in the end-to-end product life cycle.

  • Adding critical value where it was needed, helping the deal team win the deal end-to-end. From the idea to implementation. From core messaging to executive summary, team books, value reports, interactive and web pages. 

  • Working directly with clients I handle myself professionally and I was trusted with senior clients, running workshops and presenting creative work to senior leaders.

  • Liaising with key stakeholders of the organisation and all staff. Getting it over to live with 3,000 staff users, working on both the technical end of design and flow, and revamping copy according to competitor analysis and stakeholder insights.
